Personal data processing policy

This is a translation of our policy under Colombian law (Law 1581 of 2012). If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.

What data we collect and why

We collect the data you give us when you message us, make a booking or place an order, such as your name, phone number and, if needed, an address. We use it only to answer you, handle your booking, order or appointment and, if you authorize it, send you information about our products or services.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. To work, this site uses these services, which receive or process some data on our behalf:

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), when you message us or send a booking or an order that way.

Your rights

As the data subject, you can access, update and correct your data, ask us to delete it, revoke the authorization you gave us and file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), under Law 1581 of 2012.

How to exercise them

Write to us at WhatsApp +57 300 000 0000. We answer inquiries within ten business days and claims within fifteen business days.

Validity

This policy is in force from its publication on this site, and data is kept for as long as it is needed for the purposes described.
