Frequently asked questions
How do I book my spot?
Choose the experience, the day and how many people are going, and message us on WhatsApp. We confirm whether there is space and ask for a deposit by bank transfer to hold it; the rest is paid on the day of the trip.
What happens if the weather does not allow flying or the river is too high?
The pilot or the guide decides on site. If the trip cannot go ahead, we change the date or refund your deposit, whichever you prefer.
Do I need experience?
No. For paragliding you fly with a pilot who handles the whole flight. For rafting, the guide gives the instructions on land before getting into the river. The Camino Real involves about three hours of downhill walking.
Can children come?
Yes, from age 6 for paragliding and the Camino Real, and from age 8 for rafting. On the Camino Real, children aged 6 to 12 pay less.
Do you organize trips for groups or companies?
Yes. Up to 12 people can book on the website; for a larger group or a special date, message us and we will put the trip together.
How do I get to the meeting point?
When we confirm your spot, we send you the exact location on WhatsApp. Rafting leaves from our office in San Gil, paragliding from Mesa de los Santos and the Camino Real from the main square in Barichara.
